Along with William Murray and David Twohig, Kevin Bundy is leading the MurrayTwohig development as partner. The team acquired, structured, designed, secured planning, and is now delivering its own 1million sq ft project at Daedalus Waterfront. Together we have over 30 years of client-side delivery experience at Battersea Power Station and provide global advisory services on over 400 million sq ft of complex real estate.

Development
We act as lead developer in partnership with our equity partners on projects such as Daedalus Waterfront which we successfully acquired after an open competition run by Homes England, before partnering with Homes England to submit a new plan, and secure a unanimous planning approval – which we are now actively delivering. This development is in the UK, where we are actively looking for new opportunities.
Development Management
We act as development managers for institutions, landowners or development partners to help them acquire, envision, design, secure planning for and deliver their visions and projects.
Development Consultancy
We have provided advisory services for over 400 million sqft of global development for clients including Related, Tishman Speyer, Hines, Miral, Aldar, Northcrest, PSP, Delancey, Sellar, Yoo, PfP, Goldman Sachs, Sterling Bay, Battersea Power Station and many others.
MurrayTwohig Developments is developing a 42-acre mixed-use development at former naval barracks HMS Daedalus in Lee-on-the-Solent. Our partnership was chosen by Homes England and Gosport Borough Council to deliver this important historic site, specifically because of our vision-led approach, coupled with the dynamic structure and extensive local consultation proposed. In 2023, Gosport Borough Council unanimously voted to approve our plans to bring new jobs and much needed homes into the area, restoring the heritage buildings, and celebrating the history Daedalus.
A former military base is set to be transformed into a waterfront development. Up to 346 homes will be built on the site of HMS Daedalus, in Hampshire, under new plans approved by Gosport Borough Council.
David Twohig co-founder of MurrayTwohig Development and CEO of Daedalus Development Company, said: “This approval marks a significant milestone for Daedalus Waterfront, one that will ensure the site’s future while bringing the energy and buzz back to Daedalus.
Councillor Peter Chegwyn, Leader of Gosport Borough Council, said, “This is great news for the Gosport area. The Daedalus development will provide much-needed new housing and jobs, and also has the benefit of saving several historic buildings and bringing them back into use after years of decay.
